My kids from ages 8-18, have all enjoyed using this bar for gymnastics and regular pull ups. It was easy and straightforward to set up. My 8 year old is able to change the height on her own. It’s a tight fit for a 4ft wide mat, but it works. I find it plenty easy to move around. It gets moved around daily in our basement. For heavier kids doing gymnastics tricks, it does wobble a bit, but never so much I’ve been nervous. It’s solid and sturdy!
