What a huge difference in my comfort level. I was able to ride much longer stretches of road without needing a break. I feel if the jell were either thicker and or the material made so it doesn't allow the jell to move out of the area of it's intended need. Maybe make some pockets of jell so it can't move out of it's designed area? I purchased the large version because I measured my seat and it ,at the comparable size of the cushion. I think a small would have performed better and not allowed the jell to move from where I needed it. This was an affective and usefull device and did work.
