Review: Great set for Deer processing - Great set of knives. Hold an edge well and are very grippy, looking forward to many more deer seasons with this set. Wish they came with a bag or scabbards to keep them together
Review: Worth every penny! - These knives hold an edge for ever! With hunting kits I've purchased in the past I've had to sharpen my knives constantly as I go, 20+ times on one deer. I processed 2 deer without the need to sharpen these blades.

## Features

- INDISPENSABLE: The 3 piece knife set is specially designed for hunters and, therefore, includes every knife that is required for hunting: Curved boning knife (5.1" blade length), skinning knife (5.1" blade length) and cut-off knife (7.1" blade length).
- CONVENIENT: The handle, made of nonslip synthetic material, fits well in your hand and allows fatigue-free work. In addition, it was designed with an extra-wide thumb rest and finger protection to ensure your safety.
- PERFECTLY TUNED: A hardness of 56° Rockwell (HRC) for each of our knives is the optimal compromise between long edge retention and easy resharpening. Anyone who uses their knife frequently will be pleased with this balance.
- HIGHEST HYGIENE: The polished surface allows less residue to adhere to the blade, making it corrosion resistant and easier to clean. The handle does not absorb grease or dirt, while also being low-maintenance and heat resistant. This is one reason why the knives of the ErgoGrip series have been awarded the American NSF hygiene and quality seal.
- CRAFTSMANSHIP: The hunting knives from our ErgoGrip series are designed for ergonomics and sharpness. We use only high-quality knife alloys and material compositions for the blade and handle. Whether in the industry or for private use, with the ErgoGrip series from F. DICK you are making the right decision.
