Love it!! So much better than corn starch. I use this in place of corn starch in most recipes. Made trick is it do a 1 to 1 ratio of starch to water mix will then add it in, this stops clumbs forming when adding the powder. Benefit of potato starch is it blends in better with savoury dishes and works quicker.
