Review: Good tape, strong, sticky and flexible, but porous. - Decent tape. The serrated edge makes it fairly easy to tear. It sticks well and is nice and flexible. However, it's very porous, so even a small amount of water soaks the tape, and putting it over a cut immediately showed that blood through the tape. I guess it's the nature of the material used.

**Q: DOES THESE TAPE LEAVE A RESIDUE?**
A: This depends on how long you have been wearing it, and how hard it has had to work to stay in place. Generally our Zinc Oxide and Fixation Tapes can be removed and leave no residue - but to be certain, use some of our Tape Off Removal Spray.

**Q: IS IT EASY TO TEAR?**
A: Our Zinc is hand tearable, but our Fixation Tape is not. Zinc Oxide Tan may take a couple of practices before ripping it becomes easy, but it is certainly hand tearable. Our Fixation Tape on the other hand, will require scissors to cut.

**Q: HOW LONG DOES EACH ROLL LAST FOR REGULAR USE?**
A: A 10m roll of Zinc Oxide Tape can offer 50+ uses, but it depends on what area you are taping. Our Fixation Tape is similar, but because it's used most often on larger joints, you're looking at around 35-40 uses per roll.

**Q: ARE THESE TAPES LATEX FREE?**
A: Yes, both our Zinc Oxide Tan Tape and Fixation Tapes are totally latex-free.

**Q: ARE THESE TAPES WATERPROOF?**
A: Zinc Oxide Tape and Fixation Tape are not waterproof. However they are highly porous, meaning that it will survive a heavy down pour during a match but can’t be used for water sports.

I've used zinc oxide tape before, to prevent or to cover foot blisters, but hadn't use fixation tape before. Zinc oxide tape is 100% effective. I found the fixation tape very good for holding padding in place where I wouldn't necessarily want zinc oxide tape, so the pair combined in one pack is a great combo. Would highly recommend.
