I've been using this brand now for about 2 months, after doing a lot of research on Berberine. Absorption is key and I feel the liposomal version is typically the best. I've been taking 2 pills twice a day, separated by 6 to 8 hours. I still have some sugar in the morning with my Coffee, and in the evening a potato or bread, which does spike your glucose level but it doesnt seem to matter. In the past, it was always that sugar in my coffee or bread in the evening that did it to me. I just couldnt lose weight, but this is definitely working. Just keep in mind that you do have to pay attention to what you eat, and be realistic to try and prevent anything that has a high glycemic index. I've lost close to 15lbs in 2 months, no exercise, no real diet change. The results are definitely slow and steady. At first you notice your shirts fit you better, then you notice your pants arent so tight. Pretty exciting that a herbal remedy works this well.
