Great souvenir of the concerts, beautifully produced. A few older classics would've made it even better!
The visual and audio quality is pristine, as is the editing. However for me this featured too few older classics, bearing in mind it was their first ever live stint. Some of the Toy tracks work well on that album, but are not as strong as say Vicious Games or Dr Hirsch, or even To The Sea. It's very sumptuous, but a few dvd extra would've been nice, including the promo video for Limbo, but this is still essential for any Yello fan (or anyone who likes creative electronic music). The presence of live acoustic musicians was a real plus, particularly Beat.

Brilliant Concert and Video
Yello's first ever live concert, well as a fan this was something special. Predictably it was not a disappointment, I tried to get to this concert in Berlin but it was sold out in minutes. This video more than makes up for that loss. Spectacular venue with excellent lighting effects and the sound quality and production values all top drawer. The guest musicians and singers were superb. Beat the percussion guy was great, and for Dieter & Boris these guys don't know when to quit. Still making brilliant electronic music and long may they reign 10 out of 10. Treat yourself to this

Really tests your surround sound. Brilliant.
Been a fan of Yello since the 80s. Love their innovative sound, but the fact that theyare known for not playing live left me a little unsure about buying this Bluray. I needn't have worried - this is as bonkers as I expected it to be, with great visuals. But the most outstanding thing is the 4.1 (yes-4.1) Surround Sound, which really tested my expensive setup. I've bought many, many Bluray's for the Surround Sound - this one is one of the best. Really good - but I should've expected nothing less from the duo. Recommended.

Wow, better than ever
I loved Yello in the 80s but, possibly wrongly, dismissed them as a serious band. When I saw there was a live concert on DVD, I bought it on spec and it blew my mind. It is sexy, funky, danceable party music that you will never tire of. I bought the album TOY on the strength of it and the DVD player has been red hot ever since. This is fantastic and, apart from Pinball Cha Cha, is stronger than anything they ever did. Check out Limbo on youtube. yes. It's THAT good!

YELLO fans will be happy with this Blu ray disc
This Blu-ray disc of Yello's Live in Berlin first concert has first rate picture quality and portrays the atmosphere of the live event very well; the sound quality was excellent. You could imagine being at the concert. Viewed with a Sony bdp s5000e-s Blu- ray player and Sony 55" A1 TV.

If you love Yello in the studio, you will love this too
What I was hoping for was a film that had the exceptional production of Yello in the studio, though with equal great visuals. That’s exactly what I got.Wonderful sound, great visuals. This is going to get a lot of airtime in my house.
