Looks like zero to very little tooth stagger (or 'set') so the actual kerf will be very close to tooth width; I would estimate 0.063" nominal to 0.075" total kerf at the most. I would measure an actual cut but the blade is not currently mounted. Plate thickness is about 0.040" (~1/25"; you wanted fractions....) **Q: Can I use this to cut hollow core doors made with mdf, hdf, chipboard, etc?** A: It would cut through these doors like a hot knife through butter. I would put tape, masking or painters tape over each side of the cut, for a more cleaner cut. **Q: this blade designed for right side arbor, does anyone know how to identify blades for left side arbor?** A: The blades should look clock wise . **Q: will this make final size cuts in 3/4 plywood for a cross cut sled i'm making.
