They did take some getting use too. It's like wearing a heavy nighttime pad all day. Once I got use to them they got more comfortable. I have a very heavy flow and they work great for night time when you don't want anything else. These are also a great option to be more environmentally friendly also all the chemicals in the pad and Tampons that are going to unalive us. I use them on days that I'm not at work (because I'm too scared to wear them to work) next cycle I will start wearing them. Since using them some of my cramping has gone away from not using Tampons and pads. Definitely recommend if you menstruate.
