I like these a lot, it is helpful for them. First and foremost, if you wear contacts, take them out and get acquainted with all the settings. Unlike my dumb self that jumped in eyeball first for this headgear. 1. I like the music aspect of it, but the same song everytime. I turned it off and turned on my own. 2. The pressure setting should be renamed Iron Man, Hulk hands and Thanos. My God, I had to take out my contacts and lower the heat setting after the highest went Easy Bake Oven on my Oasys contacts and I had to turn them on Iron Man. Cuase baby, Don't just press buttons and put it on your face. You gonna learn today. 3. Make sure that strap is not too tight and they are situated right on your dace, the messager will knead your eyeballs to the middle of your head. I learned and now doing better.
