I worry wrecking might break something on the handlebars. But all other things seem like they could be hit by a tank and keep rolling. I've heard or seen people complain about this company. Consider buying a helmet at least to go with it. ### ⭐ POOR QUALITY AND UNSAFE! STAY AWAY! *by J***N on May 1, 2025* My 13 year old son was the primary rider of this scooter. Despite our initial satisfaction with the unit, on April 15th my son called me to tell me that the front wheel "fell off". I went and picked him up and examined the scooter after we arrived home. To my horror I found that the wheel fell off because the axle that runs through the wheel itself snapped and broke! This scooter was ordered on June 6th and arrived about 10 days later. The scooter was rode the remainder of the summer and into the fall, ceasing use for the year by Halloween (October 31st) so about 4.5 months of use. I live in Nebraska where we have winters that do not allow for riding to take place. A week into riding season this spring, the failure occurred. Excluding the winter months, this unit had less than 5 months of use. I would also point out that my son is only at my home and able to ride 1/2 of the time. Considering the light amount of use before failure, I find a major and extremely dangerous failure like this totally unacceptable. Thankfully the failure occurred at a low rate of speed and my son was able to only sustain minor injuries. It is terrifying to think what could have happened to him had he been at a higher rate of speed. Anything capable of the speed and acceleration this scooter was able to do should be built more robustly. I informed the manufacturer of this failure and all they did was direct me to post-sales support to fix this problem myself, which I also find unacceptable. No apologies, no concern for a catastrophic failure, no inquiring about if anyone was injured. This brand is JUNK and their response to this failure is a JOKE! STAY AWAY!
