The photo is misleading enough to think you are getting a whole bowl of salt plus some. We only recieved enough salt to fill up the bowl to within 1/4" of the top and so the bulb is exposed. The base is unstable and the bowl does not connect to the base so if you pick the thing up without first picking up the base you will spill out the salt.I am very disappointed with my purchase.
