They have what appears to be a use by date of November 2025. They didn't give the list of ingredients etc so I undid the label and took out the English bit for a photo. 1 tablet a day with plenty of water. The folic acid is 800μg, which is double the normal RDA (400 μg/day). I have never heard of Warnke before so was curious to find out more. They certainly say all the right things, and have been around for 30 years apparently. But, who really knows what is in these tablets aye....! Only the people in the factories who fill the machines... which is what makes it nearly impossible to do a review beyond 'nice bottle'. I just hope they are everything they say they are.
