Only the legs were sent, not the attachments to anchor these legs to the sofa and armchairs. The anchors are featured in the pictures as part of the assembly for installing the legs but there never came in the package with the legs. I am oh so very disappointed. I live in the USA and I ordered these legs to install on my 94 year old aunt's chairs and sofa so that she can sit and get up without struggling because of her arthritic knees. Sadly, I am back in the USA and those legs are sitting at the house at 1 Dean street, Forest Gate, London E7-9BJ because the fittings were absent from the shipment. What will you do about it ?
