The weight is perfect, the feel in my hand is perfect, and the sharpness is astronomically out of this world to say the least!! The handles are a cherry on top of your sundae and look great color and all. The blades being hand-forged and absolutely EXTREMELY SHARP shattered my expectations in a way that I really wasn't remotely expecting, and to top the blades off I can tell that whoever made these by hand is a professional and really has crafted their work with exceptional attention to details, which is quite welcoming since here in the gool old USA we seem to have shied away from making American great quality products which is very sad!! I have cut, diced, chopped, and sliced just about anything you can imagine from all different cuts of meats from beef and pork briskets, beef and pork ribs, chicken all different parts, and last bone, yes you read that correctly. If I could rate this company and their product I'd give them 20 stars if I could!!!
