Review: Excellent for stress management - First time using the powder version but I’ve been using the canned drinks for 6 years. Such a great brand and super effective for stress/anxiety relief. The powder is just as effective as the canned drinks. I’m pleasantly surprised to say that this “unflavored” version is truly flavorless because sometimes it’s not quite true with OTHER brands. This is great because you can add it to any drink you’d like. Minor feedback is that I wish it dissolved a little bit better, but it was just fine and not really an issue. I’ll definitely buy again. One of my favorite brands/remedies for stress management. I swear by it. Review: Helps my anxiety - I have anxiety and when it gets really bad I have a cup of tea or glass of juice with Recess Mood Powder mixed in. It works quickly to relax me and quiet my mind better than any OTC product I've tried before. This will be a staple for me going forward. The only downside is it doesn't dissolve well and can be a bit clumpy, but it's still totally worth it. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Brand | Recess | | Flavour | Unflavored | | Item form | Powder | | Number of Items | 1 | | Primary supplement type | Magnesium | | Product benefits | Hydrating | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Adult - **Brand:** Recess - **Diet type:** Gluten Free - **Flavour:** Unflavored - **Item form:** Powder - **Item weight:** 113 g - **Package information:** Tub - **Primary supplement type:** Magnesium - **Product benefits:** Hydrating - **Special ingredients:** Lemon ## Images ![Recess Mood Powder - Unflavored - 28 Serving Tub - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71kOlSTgs3L.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can I drink this at work when I feel stressed, or will it make me too spacey?** A: It will make you feel like yourself, but in a slightly better mood.
