I ordered a Small/Med & it was too small. It cut the circulation off in my thumb. I sent this back and ordered a Medium, which fits perfectly. She said the material will be warming on those joints, and the tightness can be adjusted so it wouldn’t make circulation worse with my Raynaud’s. She was so right It is the most comfortable brace I have ever had on. The material warms my wrist and thumb, gives it strength that I had lost, and adjust to fit all around, so on days my joints are swollen it is never too tight. I am going to buy one for my “bad hand”. Other braces I have tried (several) have been too tight or restricted all movement. With arthritis and Raynaud’s if my joints stay still it is much more difficult and painful to try and move them.
