The width can stretch a lot, these conform very well to your feet. These stretched perfectly to me, but took about 5 miles of walking after treating with dr. Martens wonder balsom (not hard to find as accessories to these boots on here) before they where actually comfortable. 10 miles before I decided I loved them. So in your case I would do a men 7 unless you have narrow feet, and the width will stretch to fit.
