**Q: Would I be able to buy a buckle from you? My best friend gave me a bag and the buckle had fallen off**
A: You would have to ask the seller. I just bought the bag myself and I am not the owner of the products. Sorry 😟 to hear that your buck was messing up on your back though

A: No they are black

**Q: Does it come in a smaller version for a 13” laptop?**
A: It does not, as far as I know, but I believe it would still be a good protective bag for a 13" laptop. The padding inside is pretty thick and nice, and with a 13" laptop should be able to fit the laptop while the laptop is also in a laptop protective case/bag.

**Q: does it flake?**
A: It has not done that. I have my bag for a couple of months. I will keep a lookout for that.
