I think the quality is good, heat forming helped make a huge difference for me, and the support and boot materials responded very well to the process. I would recommend going up a half size compared to their size chart versus ordering exactly on the measurements or rounding down. Thing is, you can always tighten the laces and you don't want your toes smashed right up against the front. I ordered in my exact size based on the measurements and they are SNUG, but like I said after baking they feel just about right. Snug, but they fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Narrow ! *by H***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 21, 2018* Apparently Europeans must have really narrow feet. I wear a standard "D" width in American shoes. My feet are not wide by any stretch. These skates are super narrow and pinch my toes even though I have room length wise to wiggle my toes. Also, the tongue just barely covers the metal lacing rivets going up the front of the boot. After tying them up the metal rivets dig into the sides of my ankles. It's as if the leather sides of the boot are not made high enough to cover the tongue and pad the metal rivets. ### ⭐⭐ A bit disappointed by the packaging and hidden holes under the insole *by H***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 2, 2020* I opened the amazon box to see a knocked about merchandise box with tape holding it together. Inside were two great skates, or at least I thought so until I looked closely and checked how well the blades were secured. Actually the blades were well secured but there were holes in the sole of these shoes which looked like a previous blade had been attached through previously made holes.
