But if SUV camping or need an extra sleeping space at the cabin, you gotta get one of these. On most camp mattresses I've tried, I have to use a sheet or blanket on top of the mattress to keep me from sticking to it, but the velour fabric is cool and breathable. It fits great in a tent! I'm not sure what the velcro patches are for at the corners, maybe to hold two together side by side. I purchased this "Kids" size as I use it in the back seat of my RAM pickup. With the seats folded up, the cargo platform folds down providing a nice flat base. It fits perfectly in its length and width. Using two of them is very comfortable.
