I like it’s fairly firm, very cute, and zippers worked. I purchased on prime day, and the only disappointment is the pillow case has loose stitches and a lot of loose strings. I contacted the manufacturer and I am hoping they will replace the case.Update: I contacted the manufacturer regarding the case having poor stitching. Provided them proof of purchase and pictures of the stitching issues.
