Business Casual by B K Borison is the fourth and the last installment in the Lovelight Farms series featuring my favorite Charlie-Stella's brother, and Nova. Our FMC is a grumpy yet confident and mature girl who fears commitment and thinks she is fine alone.Charlie is such a charming cinnamon roll MMC, the perfect sunshine Nova needs, and also the person who knows everyone in the small town of Inglewild. The chemistry and intimacy between the two is phenomenal. Also, please keep in mind that this one is a little bit on the spicy side as compared to her previous books.Borison is my comfort author, and an auto-buy author too. Anything she writes I am always going to read it. At the same time, I am sad that Lovelight Farms has come to an end and I will forever cherish these characters, this town, and all the previous movements from the books.Cherry on the cake is that, Charlie reads Historical Romances 🤭 Charlie and Nova Porter are hands down my favourite couple from all the four books. A wealthy investment firm employee meets a small Tattoo Shop owner !!! xoxo

4.75 starsI remember putting off the first book because of my slump and here I am reviewing the last book in the series but maybe that's how it was supposed to be and I was meant to meet and fall in love with Charlie first? Because oh boy he's gonna be living in my head rent free for a long time now, the perfect cinnamon roll cuteheart ugh!Kind of like a reverse Grumpy x Sunshine done well, my absolute favourite! Charlie and Nova simply balance each other and complete each other.What I appreciated most was how their relationship was built on friendship and trust, making their love feel so genuine...ok fine what I appreciated the most was the Banter and the Flirting, seriously their banter, it was everything and Flirting as a love language. Did you hear me? Flirting As A Love Language! Kinda regretting not reading the other books when I had the chance.

I took my sweet time in reading this one as I wasn't ready to say bye to this wonderful #lovelight series.In this book, we get to meet Beckett's favourite sister, Nova who is trying so hard to get her tattoo shop up and running and we have Stella's step brother, Charlie, who wants everyone to be happy and go an extra mile to make people around him happy. He is an absolute gem and I'd like to have one like him cloned and sent to my address please. Nova proposes a one night stand to get the feelings out of their system but we as romance readers know that never works in a fictional world and we are here to see it never works! And yeah, they fall in love with each other and reading about their story is pure bliss. My favourite part has to be their sexy texting. Their flirting was so .At times I just want to jump into the book and give Charlie a huge hug at times and the way he thinks he is not anything special and nobody wants him, made my heart break. His happy ending made me happy. I loved that we got to meet all the characters from the previous books and it made me happy but also a bit teary. This last installment was absolutely amazing as usual and I don't think any other couple than Charlie and Nova would have been perfect for bringing all the characters and Inglewild a closure.I'm gonna miss the small town dynamics and the perfect found family and sweetest love stories. I just want the lovelight farm people to ask me to join them and give me a happy ending too. Huge happy sigh!Highly recommend you to read the whole series! 5 happy happy happy stars!

Nova, the tattoo artist with Charlie, with a Sunshine personality, the story is fantastic. I loved every part from their romantic slow burn, Charlie's found family and Nova's family dynamic. The chemistry is sizzling and I loved the little dramas in the story.

What can I say about this book, and this entire series, that could do it justice.I fell in love with the town of Inglewild and all these characters when I first read 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙨 three years ago. And this quickly became one of my favourite romance series and I am not ready to say goodbye.We return to Inglewild one last time in 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡 where Nova Porter is setting up her new tattoo studio in her hometown. She’s determined not to be distracted but she can’t help it whenever Stella’s stepbrother Charlie is around.Nova offers a proposition of one night, with no strings, hoping to get it out of their systems. But after one explosive night they can’t stop thinking about each other.I loved Charlie and Nova’s chemistry right from the beginning. Charlie is just a fun upbeat guy with a big heart and you immediately swoon over him.Nova is Beckett’s younger sister and she’s got spunk. I loved her passion for her craft and for life. They were just perfect for each other and had intense chemistry and hilarious banter.Being back in this small town just had me so happy. The phone tree did not disappoint and had me laughing out loud. The family dinners, committee meetings. It's hard to see through the tears in my eyes as I write my goodbye letter to one of my favorite series, but here we are. And this final book just pulled everything full circle for me, ended it on a perfect note, and gave me this whole body ache that only a perfectly written book can bring to the table.Business Casual was incredible. I've only got bits of Charlie throughout the series, and when I read we were getting his story I was excited, but not jumping out of my seat because I didn't know him. And I only knew Nova for her tattoo prowess. I used the trope above that this was golden retriever and black cat. I kind of hate that expression when I think about it - because by all definitions I am a black cat. What I see when I read Nova is a complex, hyper aware, super independent woman. And I almost find her falling in love more romantic because of it. Then you have Charlie, who is the most kind and caring man in the entire series. I'm obsessed with him. I love who he is and how he thinks and what he does and how the two of them come together.This was the spiciest of the four books - and I loved it. This was one of the more emotional books of the series - and I loved it. This had so, so many great closure moments for the entire Lovelight Farms family - and I loved it.I can't recommend this series enough. And I have to thank BK Borison for bringing this world to life. Those of us who have been there from the beginning are so glad this is where we ended. 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: 3/5 🌶🌶🌶📝 𝗔 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲… Now that the series is complete - I highly recommend you starting at the beginning if you haven't already. The story builds so nicely and comes full circle.

I was already obsessed with Nova and Charlie from previous books but I absolutely fell in love with them in their book. I related to both of them so much and on different levels, I felt so much of their journey. Business Casual is a beautifully written book with the best of Inglewild and the Lovelight fam we know and love, a gorgeous romance with incredible chemistry, and all the fall vibes that made me feel like I’m in a Gilmore Girls episode. Plus, with beautiful scenes between the two sibling duos - Charlie and Stella and Nova and Beckett - that made me cry, Business Casual is as much about family as it is about romance. Speaking of family, the found family moments were everything and had me crying at various instances. Actually, I was pretty much sobbing throughout the last few chapters and epilogue. Nova and Charlie’s romance was steamy, sweet and swoon worthy, a classic Lovelight series story about two people seeing each other at their best and worst, letting each other in and finding love together. I can’t wait for fall in July with Charlie and Nova, when Business Casual makes for the perfect bookend to this cozy series, it is well worth the wait. 🍂🍁Things I loved about Business Casual:🍁 found family 🥹🥹🥹🍁 them taking care of each other I love a good hurt/comfort scene🍁 the banter and flirting was EVERYTHING🍁 Charlie and Nova probably have one of the most fulfilling endings and they DESERVE it ❤️‍🩹🍁 Harvest festival shenanigans

This book deserves all the stars and I feel like I don't have the words to describe how much I loved itThis was one of my highly anticipated reads ever since it was announced and is 1000% worth the waitI love Charlie and Nova, I love how they were always themselves and were vulnerable around each other and didn't feel like need to hide parts of themselves with each otherOne of my fave micro tropes is when the tattoo artist main character gives their partner their first tattoo, and that scene was just so beautiful and I had to stop reading just to live in that moment with them for a little whileI love the banter right from start of the book, it was so fun, and I liked that they were already established friendsThe third act conflict wasn't huge and was done really well, Becs would've crushed me if it was any biggerThe epilogue was so cute I sobbed through the second half, this series has become a comfort series for me and I'm so sad that it's over (for now at least)Also you know a books going to be good when you tear up at the dedication- friends to friends with benefits to lovers- small town- sneaking around / secret relationship- the best banter- she gives him his first tattoo
