We relocated and temporarily downsized from 1300 sqft to 900 sqft. Going up and down the stairs to the basement was unrealistic. This was easy to assemble myself (I've put similar shelves together). This is heavyweight but not too heavy. The castor wheels work great. I measured this to fit in between my furniture and its perfect! I actually have alot more stuff on this, than pictured. This holds alot of stuff, and moves slow and steady while remaining sturdy.Definitely a great deal for the price. I ordered a bigger one with the covers for the basement.
