The size is exactly what I needed, offering plenty of room for stretching, weights, and floor exercises without feeling cramped like on a standard narrow mat. It stays in place, has a comfortable amount of cushioning, and feels sturdy under my feet. I included a photo so you can see the size compared to a regular mat. I still use the small mat as well, but I stay mainly on the larger mat as it offers a lot of space to move around.
