What 100 mls can do for your kitchen!!! AMAZING! I have been using this 'Mother' for years now and the results are SUPERB. I've just started two cider (cidre NOT apple cider) vinegars; a sherry vinegar AND a white wine vinegar and everything is going beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend this 'Mother' - That sounds so rude! If there is a problem, the people are spot on and are in your corner trying to help. CAVEAT: If at all possible, make sure the bill of lading reads: 'NCV (no commercial value); FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY' or HMRC will slam you with a customs fee. TRUST ME! IT IS WORTH IT!! You won't believe your tastebuds the first time you make your own vinegar! BRILLIANT!

I've been following the very detailed and clear instructions and both cultures have started turning my wines into really nice vinegars. It's a slow and steady process but worth it.
