These pads are a HUGE relief! I’ve been experiencing lower back pain and was using Tiger Balm, but can’t stand the strong smell of it. I never want to go out in public wearing Tiger Balm because of the distinct scent.So, I decided to give these pads a try. I love that they are 100% Natural and made in the USA. While comparing other similar products trying to decide which one to purchase I chose this one because of that.The pads come individually wrapped and are easy to use. Just tear open the wrapper, peel off the sticker on the back and applied it to my shirt. No mess, no fuss, and most importantly no strong odor like Tiger Balm. I can easily go out in public wearing this and no one would even know I had it on if I threw a jacket over my shirt.It’s a good size and the pad warmed up instantly. The heat lasted a long time and provided some much needed relief to my lower back. Also, after the pad stops working it’s great to be able to recycle it and use the powder on my plants. It’s reasonably priced and I feel I’m getting a lot of bang for my buck. Will definitely be buying more. Highly recommend!

Much better than other products on the market, they stay hot for long, they achieve a really high temperature, and they have good adhesive so can be re-moved a number of times. These have saved me so many times at night or on the move with muscular/joint pain. I have a medical condition and these are so awesome. I will miss these if I have to move out of the area., They are so versatile and perfectly priced. I think they are even locally-made - and from a small woman-owned business. Well done and thank you!

the heat patch was used on my ankle, it worked pretty good & never got too warm. The patch has to be placed on clothing, not directly on skin so i placed the patch on my socks. The adhesive worked great especially for it been at angle. I was still able to walk around & do my daily activities.

There were the most affordable adhesive pain patches I could find online, so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality. Overall, I think they are a good value. These patches seem a tiny bit thicker than some name brand patches I've tried, but they are still discrete under clothing. I use them for menstrual cramps by attaching them to the bottom of a tank top tucked into my pants. The adhesive isn't as strong as some name brand patches, but if it starts to fall off I can generally get it to stick back onto my shirt. The heat lasts at least 8 hours, maybe not quite 12 though.

Knee pain.

Thr patches are a good size & generate a pleasant amount of heat. I adhered them to my clothes, as recommended, & it didn't leave any kind of sticky residue. Definitely helped with everyday aches & pains.

I was pleasantly surprised when the product arrived, as both the package and the patches were even larger than I pictured! Package arrived perfectly. Patches are individually wrapped for easy use. The adhesive side easily sticks to clothing and the patch warms up quickly. Glad to have so many on hand for future use.

I took these on my last work trip and used one on my lower back, it lasted long, helped keep me warm and alleviated the pain while in flight and on the jumpseat (I’m a flight attendant). HIGHLY RECOMMEND for use on the go!

These heat patches work very well. Easy instructions, warm up to a comfortable heat within 20 minutes and retain their heat for several hours. I would like these to be a bit more adhesive as I need them for my shoulder which is a very mobile area. However they do stay in place. I will purchase again !
