Radio looks and feels great but performance lacks in multiple areas. Contacting vendor for support (AnySecu) is futile as all of their responses have been elementary and somewhat insulting. The radio programming software provided on their website is problematic and works somewhat if and when it wants to. Anysecu response to this is to use the Bluetooth app on IOS or Android to program radio, Those apps are just as buggy as the software and are cumbersome and sloppy to use. The radio also does not scan programmed channels as advertised and I am unable to get any support from the vendor about this issue. Searching online for a resolution to this issue just verifies that this is a known issue and people are waiting on a possible firmware upgrade to resolve this issue.
