NUTRITION - Really good for one bar. I am always low in potassium and few bars have very much at all, but I like the fact it has a good amount of iron, protein and a LOW amount of salt and no cholesterol. TEXTURE - I didn't find it dry, but then I did have almond coconut milk with it. For me, dryness NOT a problem. COST - I did get these while they were on sale, but even at regular price, I would get again. If you haven't noticed, everything is going up. Where I would spend 1.50 for a decent protein bar, hard to find that these days. I am glad I got to TRY these while on sale, because you never know.
