I do a lot of banking and always from scratch, newly single and running a business, I took a chance on these to use in a pinch as I have a sweet tooth. In no way did I expect them to be that good, they were a pretty perfect all-round American chocolate chip cookie batter. I used an organic butter and added walnuts. I can't recommend enough, i don't know that I will bother making them myself again. Have you seen the ingredients?
