I went online (YouTube) to search for videos on how to apply the tape correctly and there are many videos out there which is helpful. Once applied correct you can really feel a difference. I applied mine before going out to run or play football just to give me that little bit extra support. I've heard a lot of people complain about it not sticking to their skin and it just keeps peeling off. I've had no problems however, I know there isn't any hair on the soul of my foot, however, there is hair on the back of my leg and I found it to stick just fine. The tape would stick much better on skin without any hair but I wasn't going to shave my legs just to stick some tape on. I also found for an extra Β£7-8 you can pick up some sports tape spray which is like a glue spray that helps with tape sticking to the skin. If you do get some of this I would recommend you don't apply it over any part of your body with hair as I found it to pull the hairs a lot and be very uncomfortable so please bare that in mind and only use on skin with no hair to save yourself some pain. I use it mainly to pray the edges when it starts to come away and it solves the problem for another few days. Be sure to round off the edges before applying to help the tape against rubbing on clothing and once applied make sure to really rub the tape and heat it up to help with the sticking process. I love the colours the tape comes in, really eye catching. They come in a really nice little box and the delivery on this item (even on super saving delivery) was really fast. I got my tape within a couple of days of placing my order. I would recommend buying this tape over something that is a bit cheaper as you are getting your moneys worth. The box lasts ages and sticks really well, but also comes off well and quickly (he is extremely sensitive to pain).
