## Description

The XFORT 3 lever sash lock is a mortice locking mechanism for external and internal wooden doors. It features a latch and bolt for use with door handles where key locking door security is needed. The lightly sprung latch will retract fully with only 25-30-degree depression of a lever or knob handle, making opening and closing doors effortless. The key operated deadbolt can be locked and unlocked from both sides. For enhanced security, both the latch and deadbolt are made from solid brass. These sash locks are finished in elegant polished chrome that complements your door handles and other home decor. This ensures they are aesthetically pleasing while maintaining a consistency with other fixtures and fittings. The face plates are supplied with a protective removable film which ensures they are not scratched or marked during installation. These are 75mm sash locks, please refer to the images for detailed dimensions. This item should be fitted by a locksmith or someone trained.
