I was not really sure about the size but as you can see in the pictures it is large enough to be a roaster as well as a saute pan. You can fit a huge amount in here without overcrowding. The non-stick coating seems to be of a good substantial quality and does not look like it will peel or chip off.I am very pleased with it so far and it is easy peasy to clean!...and it has a lid. There was burnt caramel and burnt plastic - I thought for sure I had ruined the pan - but you wouldn't believe it - after leaving it to soak for a little while the burnt stuff completly lifted off and the surface is still unbelievably 100% perfect. How good is that?!My other Zinel pan also still fantastic.
