**Q: What are the dimensions of the knife block?**
A: Hi, 
Dimensions of knife block are; 24.1 x 18.5 x 14 cm ; 2 Kg. Hope this helps.

**Q: Will a meat cleaver also fit in this block ?**
A: No. Slots are not large enough for a Cleaver.

**Q: Is the 'brown' a very light wood or mid brown?  Thanksr**
A: Mine is a mixture - sort of blocks of different coloured woods. The effect is good though.

**Q: What is the idea of the square hole top right of the product?   Is anything specific meant to go in here ?**
A: I put scissers in the top right square hole. I find that two will fit a small pair and a larger size ones. And the bottom square hole I put my meat cutting scissers. I guess you could put a knife sharpener if you wish, like a file sharpener with a handle. But I prefer the scissers myself, easy at hand. Hope that this helps?

Very good product, sturdy and looks good on Kitchen worktop, the only issue is that it's hollow, so the knives get through to the bottom and they scratch the kitchen worktop, so I had to put something underneath.
