Review: Replacement head fit issue - I called customer support today and found out that if you pull off the toothbrush head and replace the brush and you see plastic it means the plastic insert has been separated from the head. Just pull off the plastic and then the replacement heads will fit. Since these are bamboo heads the plastic insert can separate due to having less plastic parts in the item. Once I figured this out the replacements fit perfectly

I called customer support today and found out that if you pull off the toothbrush head and replace the brush and you see plastic it means the plastic insert has been separated from the head.
