A PID tune and a quick install got me up and running very quickly. There is a metal crimp immediately after the cartridge that makes bending the wires very difficult. This is common among heater cartridges but this one seemed especially long. Be wary of this if you need your wires to bend up quickly or sharply right at the block. Speaking from the experience of a volcano user. Overall, a great product. Works well and I’ve had no failures so far. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Ender 3 upgrade! *by J***W on Reviewed in the United States on 2 July 2021* I had purchased this to replace the stock heating cartridge after the positive voltage wire wore thru and came off. What a fantastic upgrade! The hotend heats up MUCH faster, and is able to maintain temperature better on high temp filaments. The extra 10W caused me to perform an auto PID tune because the machine was overshooting/undershooting so much initially.
