There is even a slightly more firm microfiber pad on the top of the mop head that you can use by flipping the mop over to use for stubborn scuff marks or sticky things. I use this for wet mopping but I could see where the pads would also make good dry dusters. They pick up the dirt and grime from my floors and keep it all in the pad until I can throw it in the washing machine. The fact that you get so many pads is nice so you aren't having to wash the same one just to use the mop - you can do several changes before you have to wash them. The bottle is wide mouth for easy pouring and cleaning afterwards. Plus the large opening means it dries quickly (I let mine dry completely before storing it in the mop to avoid mold or mildew).
