It seems to be very well made and finished.It feels comfortable, with a well formed peak that’s great for winter’s low sun.It’s a great cap, but sitting above the ears, a baseball cap can only do so much to keep you warm... except this has a pair of flaps that drop from within and keep the wind at bay and turn this into the ideal winter hat. These protectors are large and effectively cover the ears. To stop them flopping about they have a black elasticated band that connects them and keeps them in place.The cap size is adjustable thanks to the adjustable band at the back which is common to many baseball caps. The metal clip can be released to open or close up the width of the cap and then clips back firmly in place.Overall, this is a comfortable, stylish, well made cap that works well in winter. It is great with the ear flaps up or down and I’m very pleased with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent hat, I now have two! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 February 2018* This cap is way beyond my expectations for its price. I love good tailoring and decent fabrics and this has both.The peak is stiff, 7cm at the centre and has a sewn on edging. The two front panels have a breathable lining inside and the remaining four are fleece lined. Every seam is sewn over with bias binding and the rim has a folded in sweat band.With the 3” stretchy panel at the back at rest the measurement is 22.5”. The stretch can allow an extra 3” max but 2” would be most comfortable. The adjustable strap on the back allows you to pull in 3”. You can push any left over strap hanging out through a slot and lay it inside the hat band...a really nice detail. Neat idea that the fold down ear flaps have a peice of elastic running between them to keep them in place even if it’s windy.All together a well thought out design seriously well made in a really nice fabric. No gaudy colour, no ridiculous or loud logo’s... very smart and tasteful.This is my second purchase of this hat so I have two colours. The one I first got in grey has been worn and worn and still looks like new.
