You will get the tingling effect for a few seconds, but goes away quickly. I’m 59 years old and do hiit and metabolic conditioning style training. I’m a big proponent of kettlebell which I have been doing for over a year now. When those workouts get intense, I’m able to push through and go a little further, which is great for those heavy days if you will. Basically stim free does the job when it comes to pump and energy to get the job done. I do recommend cycling off after you finish your tub for about 7 to 10 days, it’s just what I do and works for me. So if you like stim free, do the subscribe and save which I recommend.

This product is a great complement to a pre workout containing stimulants and regularly I have 1/2 stim and 1/2 stim-free days that allow my caffeine talerence to remain low and still get fully energized for my workout. Some caution to new users the serving size is larger so the servings bag is less making this product more expensive than it appears. Even if the $$/oz is lower you need to look at $$/serving.
