Received new charger!!! *by J***. on April 26, 2024* “UDATE” Ok it’s been over 6 months with plenty of traveling and the charger has worked great. So I have to give this charger 5 stars. I also ordered one for my daughter and she has had hers for about 10 months with no problems. Super glad I got a new one. It has worked like a charm. Thanks for to the company for sending out a new one.Ok after my post the company was concerned that my product didn’t last so they sent out a new one. I took pictures and gave them an explanation on what happened and I received a new piece in May 5th. Well. That was great!! Hopefully this battery will last because I love the functionality of this product. I love that I can have it on my night stand for display plus keeping my a charge at home and for travel and I love that when I have it with me and my phone needs to charge it’s portable and accomplishes that task as well. When you unplug the item, you must turn it on in order for it to charge your devices. It does not automatically come on when your items are connected. ### ⭐ The Absolute Worst *by T***D on March 21, 2024* TKTK influenced purchase that is a shame for me.Does not keep a charge so basically a heavy worthless brick. First trip I have taken it on - only comes with charging cord and then only seems to “kinda” work with an apple block charger. So no USB only charging with this thing. I even tried using my computer cable which got it to 100% but it does not last.In the picture unplugged no juice with watch on it - plug in the cord and it says 100%. You can also see where the watch charger doesn’t sit flat either.Missed the return 30-day window by 3 days so stuck with it.The thickness and heavy (why so heavy for a travel item) make it even useless as a charger for home.
