**Q: Will this fit 2003 dodge ram 3500 5.9 cummins**
A: Will not fit a 5.9L cummins unless you modified and installed/relocated oil filter and housing from 8.3/m10 cummins to your 5.9L cummins which highly unlikely and waste of time to do so even on a 5.9 Bus/DP. Your 5.9 is a much smaller oil filter.

**Q: Will this fit on the 5.0 cummings that nissan has out?**
A: I don't think so.  I use it on a 6 cyl. ISL 9 Cummins 8.9 L.
Set up a Amazon Garage with this vehicle in it and search filters.  
It will tell you what filters will fit.  Good luck.

**Q: Is this the correct filter for cummins ism?**
A: No, the LF9009 is for the ISL9 engine.  According to cummins the ISM uses a Fleetguard LF14000NN Cummins Oil Filter.  Please verify before you order.
