I have been using Moretti Polenta Fine (Fioretto) for years, and it remains the one constant in my pantry. After trying several other brands over the decades, nothing else quite matches the consistent quality and traditional Italian texture that Moretti provides.

This was the best texture and flavor! It was wonderful topped with homemade meat sauce and freshly grated Parmesano Reggiano ! The only think I disliked was having to constantly stir the polenta to prevent lumps and sticking to the bottom of the pot. It took 50 minutes to get to the proper texture and hydration state. Still, it was worth the effort!
