The umbrellas is built strong, yet aesthetic and will serve my purposes for a very long time. With the letter you sent along with the package you said that if I ever have a problem with the umbrella drop you a note on your customer service support line and you’ll send me another one!!!! I’m not writing you on your support line because there is anything wrong with my umbrella. I’m writing to say thank you!!!! I’m in Los Angeles where it truthfully only rains a few times a year, if that. We are a desert. However, over the last few days we’ve had a rain storm, pretty significant for this town. I bought this in anticipation of a trip to Europe. I wanted something that was substantial yet small and lightweight. I haven’t used it yet but I’m impressed with the quality of the umbrella. It has a nice heft, and the closing and opening seem to be very smooth and strong. I’m glad I purchased it even though it was more money than some of the others. I believe you get what you pay for and this is no exception. I hope it doesn’t rain, but if it does, I’m ready! I also love the color selection. I got the red and it’s beautiful.
