The paper starts pilling on 150gsm paper faster but it's kinda expected from water based marker. It bleeds on printer paper( not that much, you can make it work ) but if u want to color ( use them in layers) normal sketchbook paper should work fine. I have a 150gsm sketchbook and it did not bleed for me.
