It does seem to help!! It also has no flavor which is great. Have been adding it to smoothies, tea and soup. My only complaint is that it is sometimes hard to get dissolved all of the way. Making a paste with just a small amount of liquid before diluting it the rest of the way seems to work the best. ### ⭐⭐ WISH I COULDA BUT I CAN'T *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2018* I did my research AFTER I received this. I learned that the best time to take this is 2 hours before or 4 hours after medication because this stuff will absorb your meds and make them less effective. Well, that just won't do! I can't time it at all with the meds I take at different intervals in the day. I was starting to get withdrawal symptoms from my antidepressant and my allergy meds were working nor were my acid reflux meds. Forget my migraine meds. I just couldn't time this stuff at all. It needs to first be mixed in a small amount of water and given a good stir, then I add more water and stir again. Still it does not totally dissolve. After I drinking what has dissolved, I just add more water and stir some more. I continue with this process until I've drunk it all.
