Review: Excellent Product and Company! - I purchased a pair of these purifiers in June. They work great and the air was noticeable cleaner immediately. I was sure it was working when I walked by one of them with an old mattress. The unit kicked onto high for a few minutes and then went down to low once it had cleaned the air in the area. A few weeks ago I noticed that the light on one of them was continuously red. I'm not even sure of there is anything wrong with the purifier, but I sent a message to the seller to ask for advice and they replaced the unit without hesitation. I received it yesterday and am so happy with this company! I have full trust in this company and they way they back up their products. I will look for more to purchase from them just because I'm so happy with the service and the quality of the product.

I purchased a pair of these purifiers in June. They work great and the air was noticeable cleaner immediately. I was sure it was working when I walked by one of them with an old mattress. I purchased the PuroAir 400 specifically to help with dust and pet dander. They are very easy to get set up and so very, very quite while running. They’re built to last. It’s nice and sleek looking. I’d also like to share how well they are packaged for shipping. Update: 03-07-26 I’ve been running the air purifier for just over two months now. Today the “change filter” lights started blinking and my first thought was “already?” Removed the filter and didn’t think it looked too bad until I took a closer look at it. The purifier is in a very high traffic animal area. Three dogs and one lion head rabbit. It was completely covered in a layer of ultra fine rabbit hair. The type of hair that is so fine you almost can’t see it. I can just imagine how much dander and other particles it took in. I compared the new filter with the old and was actually very pleased to see how dirty it was. I highly recommend this air purifier to anyone with multiple pets or just a busy household. Five stars and two thumbs up from me!!
