Review: So Delicious - My son has alpha gal, and can't have any mammal meat. Hormel and others make turkey pepperoni which I prefer, it's less greasy but he's been missing salami, especially with charcuterie boards. This salami is excellent, love it. I shared with out local aloha gal group but some members have an issue with "natural flavorings" which could be mammal. Maybe list what it is or say gal safe, no mammal products. The tick disease was just Southern states but it's been hitting New England and the plains...may be an angle for you to get more buyers.
