Two things annoyed me. Firstly The base was only just a bit bigger than the hole in my sink and because it was a chine sink the top wasn't completely flat. So the square base only just covered the hole and I had to use some LSX (plumbing silicone sealant) to make sure water doesn't drip through past the base. The biggest issue though was the flexible tails. The were supposed to be half inch BSP which is the standard used in the UK and they do have a half inch BSP thread, but they are incredibly tight so I had to really tighten them to get them to seal which was unlike the tails I took off. Lastly there was no indication of which tail was hot or cold, for reference it's the front one, but then it depends how you want to use the tap.
