Die Freude dauerte nicht lange und schlug schon nach relativ kurzer Zeit eigentlich große Enttäuschung um. Nach ca zwei Monaten bildete sich eine Kühle im Bereich des Gesäß. ich habe die Matratze umgedreht und gehofft dass der untere Teil sich wieder entspannt nach weiteren ca 3..4 Monaten habe ich wieder eine extreme Kuhle gehabt diesmal sogar zwei.. ich habe dies beim Hersteller dibapur reklamiert, bekam als Antwort eine mail die sich an einen Herr Ötz...richtete,der offenbar dasselbe Problem hat was nebenbei bemerkt für Dibapur sicher keine Neuigkeit ist denn wenn sie in der Beschreibung ..bereits im ersten Satz Lesen Achtung deutliche Verbesserung heißt es ja dass es vorher schon schlecht war. ich habe dann von dibapur die Aufforderung bekommen bei den Lattenrost zu fotografieren denn immerhin würde ja in der Beschreibung stehen das ein 28 Latten Lattenrost unbedingt notwendig ist und letztendlich davon ja auch die garantieleistung abhängt dies geht leider aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor und es inhaltlich auch falsch es geht nicht um die Anzahl der Latten sondern im Wesentlichen um deren Dicke Breite und Abstand zueinander...dibapur antwortete mir nun ihr lattenrost ist einer der schlechtesten den es gibt,nebenbei den habe ich auch hier bei Amazon bestellt,und diskreditiert damit andere Hersteller und macht letztendlich die garantieleistung von einem weiteren Produkt abhängig..ich habe selbstverständlich auf den Hersteller des lattenrostes informiert die sich das ebenfalls nicht erklären können auch die verbraucherzentrale in Frankfurt gib mir recht ich werde selbstverständlich auch klagen und ich fordere sieht auf tun sie das auch Liebe Betroffene es stimmt ganz sicher mit dem kaltschaum etwas nicht und das kann man sicher durch einen Gutachter belegen und ich werde das durchziehen. Wahnsinn wie aus einem handlichen etwar eine Matratze wird.
