The length is good, not cropped at all. Very warm, will be great as a base layer under a sweater or just under a warm coat. I want to get another color! It's very soft and washes great. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this shirt. It's not bulky like fleece shirts. It's the perfect layering top: warm and soft. I bought a large. I am usually a medium but I wanted it to fit a little loose and I needed it to be a little long. The sizing is perfect. It clings in all the right spots. I liked it so much that I bought another one in a different color.
